Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange Policy

At Eeka, each saree is crafted with love and care, and every piece undergoes thorough inspection to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we’re here to assist you with an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchanges only for products that:

  • Have a manufacturing defect.
  • Were damaged during transit.

Please Note: We do not accept exchanges for reasons such as size, preference, or a change of mind, as each saree is uniquely created for you.

Conditions for Exchange

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Exchange Timeline

  • Requests for exchange must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a store credit to your Eeka wallet, which can be used for future purchases.
